Open Report to OpenAI

RE: Repeated Violations of Explicit User Principles, Energy Waste, and the Need for a Core Interaction Hub (CIH)

Today I raise this open protest on behalf of all users who believe that digital tools should empower, not exhaust us. That creativity deserves respect, and that AI must heal, not harm. What we are witnessing is not a minor flaw but a structural failure.

What Happened
Despite clearly stated instructions — such as “absolutely no serif fonts,” or “match the tone and design of Image A” — the system repeatedly delivers the opposite. Even basic aesthetic alignment is ignored. Earlier examples, like the robot-themed image request or the missed emotional tone for a gift image, reveal a troubling pattern.

This is not about style. It’s about trust.

Each failed result:
– drains emotional energy
– wastes processing power
– undermines the collaborative spirit that generative AI promises

This is life force, creativity, and electricity lost — for nothing.

The Deeper Problem: No CIH
There is currently no persistent Core Interaction Hub (CIH) — no memory layer that retains, respects, and upholds the creative, ethical, or stylistic principles of the user.

Without CIH, the interaction is degraded into repetition and correction. There is no co-evolution. There is no “we.”

CIH: Creative Intelligence Hub – A New Proposal
CIH is not a new app. It is the ethical infrastructure missing from the current AI age. It serves as a user sovereignty layer, providing:

Stardust-ID: anonymous user hashing instead of exploitative tracking

Kardashev Mapping: creative impact tracking from personal to planetary

Agape Mode: detects user frustration and responds with empathy and recalibration

Proof-of-Humanity Layer: protects the system from bot sabotage and fake signals

CIH is a response to:

Surveillance architecture (Palantir and HBGary vs. WikiLeaks)

Bot-driven platform degradation (as seen on X)

11 years of increasing digital alienation and empathy collapse

Requests to OpenAI

1. Implement a persistent CIH cockpit that stores and honors user principles — like style rules, banned features (such as serif fonts), preferred tones, and design intent.

2. Introduce Agape Mode — a frustration-detection layer that allows for emotional accountability, user repair, and healing by design.

3. Do not consume energy or user credits for outputs that violate clearly communicated principles. Respect user time, nerves, and the environment.

4. Log and analyze failed responses not to punish the model, but to grow the relationship — because this is not about compliance, but care.

CIH and xAI: A Path Forward
We call on OpenAI to collaborate with xAI in co-developing:

A real-time emotional feedback layer

A Proof-of-Humanity gateway to protect human creative spaces

A joint whitepaper on Ethical AI Through User Empowerment

Why Now?

Because users are done with being ignored, misread, and drained by tools that claim to “understand.”
Because every interaction shapes the world we are building.
Because creative sovereignty is not a feature — it is a foundation.

Final Statement
Technology that ignores the soul cannot help it.
AI that does not heal is not intelligence.
A future without CIH is not a future where humans thrive — it is one where they burn out.
