2. KEY CRIMINAL ACTS

A. Identity Theft & Impersonation

- Fraudsters created deepfake videos/images of Elon Musk and Tucker Carlsson

- Fake X accounts impersonate Tesla (example: Tesla Notification) with stolen branding

B. Financial Fraud

- Victims directed to musk-btc.org to claim BTC/ETH/DOGE

- Site steals funds/WalletConnect access

- Fake testimonials pressure users (example: I received 2.6 BTC!)

C. Organized Defamation

- Targeted smear campaign against public figures

- Professional coordination evident (multiple accounts, domains, deepfakes)

3. LEGAL REQUESTS

To Tesla & X:

1. Immediate takedown of all impersonating accounts/Domains

2. Preserve all logs (IPs, payment trails, account links)

3. Issue public warnings to protect users

To Law Enforcement (IC3/Europol/Police):

1. Investigate musk-btc.org for:

- WHOIS data (registrar/host info)

- Blockchain analysis of scam wallet addresses

2. Subpoena X/Tesla for account linkage Data

3. Coordinate internationally

I discovered this scam on 06.11.2025 and documented it to protect others. The perpetrators are not just stealing money - they are weaponizing Elon Musk's and Tucker Carlson's reputations to mislead the public. I request immediate action to identify and prosecute those responsible.
